At BHMART, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
3. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Prepaid Orders

1. If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
2. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
3. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

COD Orders

1. COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment.
2. Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future orders.

Cancellation After Shipment

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
2. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

2. Provide your order number and details.
3. Our team will verify and process your cancellation request.
