Return & Refund Process

At BHMART, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

2. Items without original packaging or tags

3. Clearance or final sale items

4. Customized or personalized products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at [support email] within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

3. Once the Quality Check is done from our team and it meets all our eligibility we will initiate the refund.

Refund Process

1. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Delivery charges plus the return charges will be deducted from the amount and then the refund amount will be initiated.

Exchange

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement (subject to product availability).

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other return requests, shipping charges may not be refundable.
